At the PSOE headquarters in Béjar, a cardboard sign reading “Prostitutes and Their Children” appeared under a sign that read “Casa del Pueblo,” but was spray-painted with the words “The People’s.” It has been canceled.
The Socialists of Salamanca expressed their rejection of this kind of event and their belief in those who “understand that the way to conduct politics is through hatred, violence, and intimidation” and, unfortunately, “from other people.” It expresses its rejection of all those who are supported and complicit in silence. and organization. ”
“It pains us that these kinds of violent events are taking place that only try to intimidate us and destroy the coexistence and democratic maturity of the Béjar population,” the PSOE assured. The PSOE believes that these acts of “vandalism and incivility” are not crimes only against socialists, “but against all citizens and against democracy itself.”
